DvbAudioSort: Sort audio channels first
Usage: "DvbAudioSort InFile.DVB OutFile.CSV".
This program takes a DVB2000 channels file and sorts it so that RADIO channels come first, followed by VIDEO channels.
This is only sensible if you have Radio and TV channels in seperate lists, with seperate markers for groups of audio channels, with the SERVICE TYPE correctly set!
This compensates for a bug in DVB2000 2.0, which scatters your radio channels randomly through the channel list when you modify the channels using the remote control. This bug doesn't affect the DVB2000 channel list display, but it is annoying when you next edit your channels in DvbEdit or SetEdit.
